UX Tools Cards + Google Design Sprint

At Inlog Group, we had the challenge of improving the UX process within the company, which uses agile methodologies.

We research UX processes and methodologies, refer to IDEO, which suggests the use of cards, and we choose the Google Design Sprint framework. This process was developed and announced by Google Ventures, a Google arm focused on testing and accelerating ideas that are still in the early stages of development.

The main advantage of this process is that it specifically focuses on validating the idea with users and shortens the process to find out if an idea will work.

Using cards has increased UX maturity and design culture in the design team and other areas of the company.

The teams started to use these cards during the planning meetings.
